Bob Ray
America’s Band: The Beach Boys Three brothers, a cousin, and a friend exported the California beach

A flower child from the 60’s, Bob knows his music from the era: the songs, artists, and stories that make for a fascinating, memorable and simply sensational multi-media presentation.

He is also a professional photographer, teaching and inspiring photographers in week-long travel experiences around the world. Bob a also has two books published from his pro-bono portraits of the special kids and families at Ronald McDonald House in NY and Portland OR.

Bob grew up around the sound stages of Hollywood as his mother was a motion picture teacher to child stars in the studio system. But it was his Dad’s Zenith transistor radio playing 1959 rock ’n roll music, that proved the inspiration for his career in performance.

Bob Ray is a Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame nominee, joining us  January 19th wearing his trademark black fedora and circular shades, speaking on ‘Rock ’n Roll Songs, Singers and Stories.'
