Youth Speech Contest

Our Saratoga Rotary Club held its contest on February 17.  Participants included two students from Cambrian Academy, Trang Le and Peter Khoa Phan, and two students from Saratoga High School, Raymond McCarthy and Sonali Shanbhag.  All of the students did an outstanding job with their speeches, showing much thought in their composition and confidence in their presentations.  Ray won our club contest and will be speaking at the Area Level competition on March 15 in Cupertino.  The Area winner advances to a Regional competition, and the top finalists compete at the District Conference in May.
