Saratoga Rotary Art Show
It's Showtime!
Thank you for your participation in our show.
Prefered check-in is
Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 11 AM to 6 PM.
Additional check-in is
Sunday, May 1, 2011 from 6 AM to 8 AM.
You will receive infomation on your space assignment and your parking permit at the Saturday checkin. Please do not begin to set up before checking in. Saturday checkin and setup is optional. The Saratoga Rotary Art Show and West Valley College are not responsible for items left overnight.
You will receive a complete packet of information and your invoices
at the Sunday Morning check-in.

Our E-Postcard
This year we are once again going green and electronic, saving resources and postage!
We have created an e-postcard for your use to promote your exhibit at the Show.
We suggest that you send this to your email list now and again right before the Show.
You can download the e-postcard as a JPEG by clicking here, or a PDF file by clicking here. The JPEG can be embedded into your email message, or the PDF can be attached. Many find that an embedded image requires one less step for the reader.
Please use this to send to your customers and potential buyers.

We suggest that you send this to your favorite online postcard mailer along with your client list.
