The Next Generation fo the SJ Giants

Lance enters his 14th season with the San Jose Giants as Vice President of Ballpark Operations. Prior to joining the Giants on a full-time basis, Lance was self-employed as the owner of a contracting company. He took over the family-owned business in 1981 and continues to own the company to this day. Lance has also been involved with youth baseball for the past 37 years and is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose. As Senior Vice President of Ballpark Operations, Lance oversees the day-to-day operation of the ballpark while also handling capital improvements.
