Saratoga Rotary Art Show
Exhibitor Information
- The Show takes place outdoors on the beautiful grounds of West
Valley College,
on Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, on Sunday, May 6, 2012
from 9AM to 5PM.
- There will be no rain/contingency plan. The show will go
on regardless of weather, so plan your booth accordingly.
- A limited number of double spaces and corner spaces are available
at an extra charge. All spaces are 10'x10'.
- Photo ID is required.
- Check-in and booth setup is from 11AM to 5PM on Saturday,
May 5 and from 6AM to 8AM on Sunday, May 6. Every Artist will
have a specific space assignment. Assignments are made at the discretion
of the show.
- All Artists must be present on-site during the entire Show.
- No electricity is provided for booths.
- Artists must comply with all safety requirements, and vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.
- Overnight parking and restrooms are provided for Artists wishing
to stay overnight.
- Security is provided from 6am Sunday until the close of the Show.
Saratoga Rotary Art Show and the West Valley Mission Community
College District are not responsible for art left at the Show site
overnight.
Artist Relations Services
An Artist Hospitality Tent will serve complimentary continental
breakfast, lunch, and beverages. Parking, booth signs, promotional
postcards, exhibitor identification badges, booth sitters, and hotel
referrals are provided.
