let you know when we are accepting applications for 2011.
Jurying
Artists who wish to exhibit in the Show are asked to present samples
of their art work for judging. You will present 4 jpeg images of
your art and 1 image of your booth or space set-up. Work must be
representative of art to be offered for sale at our Art Show. All
Artists are welcome.

Application Deadline
All completed online applications must have been received no later than
January 21, 2010. We will be accepting applications for our May 2011 Show in October 2010.
Application Fee
The $20 non-refundable application fee needed to be submitted by
January 21, 2010 for each category application submitted.
Art Show Fees
The Saratoga Rotary Art Show charges a standard space fee of $225
and a 20% commission on all sales. As an incentive, we are offering
an Early Acceptance Space Discount Fee of $175 (see table below).
Our Show is a fundraiser, with all net proceeds going to the Saratoga
Rotary Charitable Foundation. More than $2,000,000 has been distributed
to local and national non-profit organizations since
the Show's inception.

All spaces are 10' x 10';
